Southern Smoked Fig and Blue Cheese English Muffin
Urban Western cuisine pioneer Chef Tim Love created this new Southern classic just for y’all. Dang if it isn’t good!
1 Thomas’® Original English Muffin
2 oz. blue cheese
1 strip of bacon, cooked and divided in half
3 figs, split and roasted
6 smoked almonds, roughly chopped
Split and toast the English Muffin. Spread blue cheese and on place figs on each muffin half. Top with bacon and almonds.
